At HV Health & Safety, our Training and Education Department is dedicated to building skilled, confident providers through high quality instruction and hands on learning. We offer a full range of courses from entry level CPR and First Aid to advanced certifications like ACLS, PALS, and ASLS led by experienced instructors who bring decades of real world expertise into the classroom. Our department not only prepares new providers but also supports ongoing professional development with continuing education, instructor programs, and specialized certifications. Every class is designed to meet the highest standards, ensuring that our students are ready to respond with knowledge, skill, and confidence when lives are on the line.

HV Health & Safety has been shaping confident, skilled medics for years. With decades of combined field and classroom experience, our team knows what it takes to prepare providers for real emergencies.

Elizabeth Stokely brings over 30 years of experience as a Paramedic and EMS educator, with a career that spans emergency response, classroom instruction, and occupational health. She has dedicated her life to training the next generation of healthcare providers and equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to act when it matters most.
Elizabeth has been an American Heart Association (AHA) Educator for 25 years and serves as Training Center Faculty in every discipline including Heartsaver, BLS, ACLS, PALS, ACLS EP, ASLS, PEARS, and Bloodborne Pathogens. She is also a Texas Department of State Health Services EMS Basic Coordinator and Administrator of Record, overseeing EMT programs and continuing education initiatives across Texas.
Her certifications don’t stop there. Elizabeth is a DOT certified Instructor for urine, oral fluid, and breath alcohol testing, an OSHA and HIPAA Instructor for healthcare, an NAEMT Instructor, and an HSI Instructor Trainer. She also holds active Paramedic licenses in multiple states, including Texas, Alaska, Florida, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Illinois, South Dakota, and Wyoming
Throughout her career, she has taught EMT and Paramedic courses, continuing education programs, and specialized training for both prehospital and hospital providers. Elizabeth has written EMS protocols, developed CE programs, and worked closely with medical directors to strengthen emergency medical education.
