Founded by a team of medical professionals, HV Health & Safety brings together decades of experience in occupational health, telemedicine and aviation medicine. Our organization is built on a foundation of service, precision, and care. We call this the HV Way.
At the helm of our clinical operations is Dr. Thomas Holcombe, a board-certified physician in occupational and environmental medicine. Dr. Holcombe earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Alabama and a Master of Public Health from UTHealth Houston. A former active-duty Navy Flight Surgeon with two tours of duty and continued Reserve service, Dr. Holcombe brings unmatched expertise in military, occupational and aviation medicine. As Medical Director, he oversees our clinical medicine and case management department as well as our on-site occupational health support, ensuring that the highest medical standards and clinical care are administered across all of HV’s operations — from construction and mining to renewable energy projects.
Our aviation division is boosted by Deanna McKee, a trusted figure among pilots with over 14 years of experience working alongside the Federal Aviation Administration. Known for her compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to every flyer, Deanna has earned the respect of commercial, charter, and private pilots across the state — including those from the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office. She delivers more than just specialist support; she delivers peace of mind and comfort to our pilots.
